Dear Rick:
I am writing to you to thank you for the wonderful work that you
and your staff produced at my new residence in Cranston. It has
now been several weeks since we have moved into our home and it
is about this time that we expected to have a final punch list for
you.
To the contrary, after your men labored six days a week, 10 hours
a day for over 15 weeks to complete the extensive amount of work
in our new residence, you completed the job without a single item
that needs to be corrected. Our construction schedule demanded significant
extra effort and you responded by putting in consecutive long days,
and kept pace to ensure scheduled occupancy for my family.
When our painting contractor arrived on site, he carefully inspected
all of the detailed moldings, trims, built-ins, woodwork or installations
that you and your company constructed. Again, not a single item
was listed for correction or modification. Several times during
construction, I asked you to build a mark up, being careful for
proportion and size, of a paneled wall and a fireplace mantel, a
picture of which I clipped from a magazine. In these two specific
instances, and always, you displayed your willingness to meet my
requests. The end result is a confirmation of your unusual talent
as a skilled craftsman.
Thank you once again for the excellent work, your cooperation,
and the effort that you have provided for me and my family. We will
enjoy the fruits of your work for many, many years to come. Good
luck to you in any endeavor or challenge you undertake in the future.

We have finally "settled" into our new home and couldn't
be happier. We wanted to take this opportunity to say " Thank
You" to you for making the experience of building a home a
pleasant one.
It was a pleasure to have someone like you working with us on our
"dream" house. Not only were your ideas very helpful to
us when we needed to make any decisions, your workmanship impeccable,
but your conduct and desire to please us were commendable. You really
did " bend over backwards" to please and we appreciate
it. It was terrific doing business with you!
I am not exaggerating when I tell you it is a great source of pride
to show family and friends our new home. We had heard some real
horror stories with respect to builders. It never fails that someone
will compliment us on the exceptionally beautiful detailing of the
finish work and the obvious quality of the work that was done.

I can't believe this " ADDITION" project is finally complete!
What will we do without the noise!! Both Peter and I as well as
the kids want to THANK YOU and your extended staff for building
and completing an incredible addition for us. We are sooooo happy

work ethic to get the job done properly and your attention to detail.
This was a very large project for all of us and I feel it went quite
smoothly. It was great how you interpreted our ideas and needs and
then made them come to life. We also appreciated your attention
to costs so we could all keep a clear focus. As I have told you
numerous times the change of the house is fabulous and it certainly
suits my large family as well as our lifestyle. You should be very

Custom Builders built a garage/shed and In-Law apartment addition
to my residence. The addition included a full kitchen, bathroom,
living room, bedroom, and utility room as well as a full attic area.
